Jade Stone Real Estate offers concierge service and front the cost of the renovations until the property is sold. This service is designed to help sellers maximize the value of their property and sell it quickly. Our team of experts will work with the seller to identify the necessary renovations and provide a detailed plan and budget. We will then front the cost of the renovations and manage the entire process from start to finish. Once the property is sold, we will deduct the cost of the renovations from the sale price and provide the seller with the remaining proceeds. This service is a great option for sellers who want to sell their property quickly and for the highest possible price, but may not have the funds or expertise to complete the necessary renovations themselves.

How It Works

  1. Decide which services can increase your home’s value the most and set an estimated budget for the work. we will work with you to identify what will increase your home’s values.

  2. When you’re ready to start, we will be by your side as you engage contractors and vendors.

  3. Once the transformation is complete, your home will go on the market.

  4. You’ll pay for the services when one of the following happens – your home sells, you terminate your listing agreement with our company, or 12 months pass from your Concierge start date. Subject to program terms that may vary by market.
